Build you upper body by gripping the bar with an overhand grip, slightly less than shoulder width apart. Exhale and use the sides of your shoulders to lift the bar, raising your elbows up and to the side. Lower the bar back down to the starting position and repeat.
XBAR Mountain Climber
Strengthen your core with XBAR’s intense mountain climbers. Start in a plank position with your palms gripping the bar. Pull one knee up and in toward your midsection. Lift one foot and begin bending the knee as you pull it up between the front of your body and the floor. Repeat this action by alternating your knees.
