XBAR Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing XBAR!  We work hard to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely.  Here’s what you can expect when ordering from us:

Shipping Methods

  • We primarily ship with FedEx, but some orders may ship via USPS.
  • We ship worldwide so customers everywhere can enjoy XBAR.

Processing Time

  • Most orders ship the next business day (Monday - Thursday).  We’re closed on Friday’s, so any orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • During peak times and holidays, we may also ship on weekends to keep things moving quickly.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are based on discounted costs, but in most cases, we charge you less than what we pay so we can pass on savings.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking updates by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Packaging & Handling

  • Every order is carefully packaged in boxes, bubble mailers, or poly bags, depending on the product, to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Duties and taxes are collected at checkout so there are no surprise fees or delays when your package arrives.

Returns

  • If you’d like to return an item, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If we make a mistake with your order, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping.
