Welcome to XBAR Fitness!  By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.  We’ve kept things simple so they’re easy to understand.

1. Using Our Site

• You must be at least the age of majority in your state/country (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) to use our site.
• Don’t use our products or site for anything illegal.
• Please don’t upload harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.).

If these rules are broken, we may suspend or end your access.

2. Orders & Payments

• We do our best to provide accurate product details, pricing, and stock info.  If something is wrong, we may correct it or cancel your order.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at checkout so we can process your order smoothly.
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders (for example, bulk purchases from resellers).

3. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

• Shipping and return details are explained in our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.
• We offer a 5-Year Limited Warranty on the XBAR itself (the bar).
• Unless otherwise stated, all other XBAR products and accessories are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
  • U.S. customers: XBAR covers approved warranty-replacement shipping during the applicable warranty period.
  • International customers: Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs.
  • If a covered product or model is no longer available, XBAR may, at its discretion, replace it with a comparable product, offer the current version at a reduced price, or apply an appropriate credit toward a replacement.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product during the applicable warranty period.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or malfunction caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or use of the product contrary to XBAR instructions or its intended purpose.
• Accidents, excessive force, improper storage, or improper installation or setup.
• Unauthorized modification, alteration, disassembly, or repair.
• Improper maintenance or cleaning.
• The application of lubricants, solvents, cleaners, chemicals, adhesives, oils, or other substances that are not recommended for use with the product, when the substance causes or contributes to the claimed damage or malfunction.
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect the function of the product.
• Damage caused by environmental conditions, improper storage, or other conditions outside XBAR's reasonable control.

Do not apply WD-40, penetrating oils, solvents, household lubricants, or other chemicals to the XBAR's rotating end mechanisms unless specifically instructed to do so by XBAR Fitness. If you experience unusual resistance, squeaking, grinding, or another issue with the rotating mechanism, discontinue attempts to lubricate or disassemble the product and contact XBAR Fitness for troubleshooting assistance.

The use of a third-party product, service, or repair does not by itself automatically void the XBAR warranty. However, damage or malfunction caused or contributed to by improper maintenance, modification, repair, or the application of an inappropriate substance is not covered.

XBAR may request photographs, video, proof of purchase, troubleshooting information, or return of the product for inspection before approving a warranty claim.

We reserve the right to deny warranty claims involving fraud, intentional damage, misuse, or damage that falls outside the coverage described above.

4. Products & Services

• Colors and images may look slightly different depending on your screen.
• We may update or discontinue products at any time.
• We can’t promise every product will meet your exact expectations, but we stand behind our quality and service.

5. Your Content & Feedback

• If you share feedback, reviews, or ideas with us, you agree we can use them to improve our products and services.
• Please keep submissions respectful and free of unlawful or harmful content.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

• Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled securely by trusted providers.
• We may link to other websites.  We’re not responsible for their content or policies, so check their terms before engaging with them.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We do our best to provide safe, high-quality products and services.
• However, XBAR Fitness is not responsible for indirect losses (like lost profits or data) from using our products or website, except where prohibited by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If you continue using our site after changes are posted, you’re agreeing to the updated terms.
