XBAR Essential

Your XBAR comes with (3) resistance bands. Light band (5-30lbs) - Medium band (20-50lbs) - Heavy band (25-70lbs). You can use all 3 at the same time for 150lbs of resistance. 

You can add the optional Massive Orange Bands for an additional 110lbs of max resistance each. 

The XBAR is extremely high quality and can handle up to 500lbs of resistance. We have customers that have had competitors bars snap in half which is extremely dangerous. This is why it's so important to use a high quality bar like the XBAR.
