Create Your Own XBAR Class

Build a session that fits your goals, your schedule, and your style.

The possibilities are endless

With the XBAR system, you don’t have to follow a cookie-cutter workout plan. You can build your own customized class from the ground up. Whether you prefer strength training, high-intensity intervals, mobility flows, or full-body circuits, XBAR gives you the flexibility to design sessions that match your goals and your schedule.

Why create your own class?

Everyone’s body and goals are different. Some people want to build strength, others want to burn calories, and many just want to stay active while traveling or training at home. Creating your own class lets you take control, focus on what matters, and keep workouts fresh..

How to structure a class

Start with a 3–5 minute warm-up using lighter resistance bands. Then move into your main workout: push + pull for upper body, squat + hinge for lower body, and core stability work. Finish with a cooldown to bring your heart rate down and loosen up the big muscle groups.

A typical class lasts 20–40 minutes, depending on your time and energy.

Sample class format

  • Warm-up (3 min): band pull-aparts, air squats, light presses
  • Strength block (10 min): rows, overhead presses, curls, triceps pushdowns
  • Lower body (10 min): squats, lunges, hip thrusts, kickbacks
  • Core + finisher (5 min): plank rows, rotations, banded mountain climbers
  • Cooldown (3–5 min): stretch hamstrings, chest, shoulders

Tips for success

  • Write your class outline first so you don’t stall between moves
  • Pick resistance that challenges you without wrecking form
  • If training with others, rotate stations or timed blocks like a real class
  • Add a playlist and pretend you’re the coach
