Built for Strength, Backed by Science

The XBAR system is built around the science of variable resistance, meaning the tension increases as you move through the exercise.

That matches your body’s natural strength curve: light when you’re weakest, heavier when you’re strongest.

  • Check

It’s safer on the joints than traditional weights, but just as effective for building muscle and strength.

  • Check

Variable resistance loads the muscle progressively through the full range of motion, providing real stimulus for strength and muscle without the joint stress that comes with fixed weights.

  • Check

That’s why trainers, physical therapists, and athletes trust XBAR. It gives you the control, range, and comfort of high-end home gym equipment with the portability of a yoga mat.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We’ve got answers!

What comes in an XBAR home gym kit?

Kits typically include the core system plus resistance options and the accessories needed to train full body with a stable setup.

Exact contents vary by kit, so choose based on your goals and preferred resistance range.

Is this a full-body home gym or just bands?

It is a full system built around progressive resistance. Bands are the resistance source, but the bar, anchoring, and accessories make it easier to train the full body with more exercise variety and better control than bands alone.

How much space do I need to use a kit?

A small clear area is usually enough, about the size of a yoga mat. The system is designed for compact setups, which makes it practical for apartments, spare rooms, and travel.

Can I get stronger over time with this setup?

Yes. The system is designed around progression. Increase resistance gradually by changing band levels and adding options as your strength improves.

Which kit should I start with?

Start with a kit that matches your current strength level and the type of training you do most. If you want the simplest path, choose a complete kit. If you already own XBAR, add bands and accessories to expand your setup.
