While any bands with carabiners will clip to the XBAR, we strongly recommend against it. 

Using non-XBAR bands can compromise your safety and hinder your results.

Our bands are made with the highest quality latex and offer significantly more resistance than most bands on the market.

You'll notice faster muscle growth and strength gains when using our bands.

Additionally, our bands come with large carabiners that ensure a smooth and secure connection to the XBAR, unlike other bands that may have smaller carabiners that don't connect as smoothly.
