Chuck Norris would approveSeriously, this thing is awesome.Quality:For starters, let's start with quality of the bar itself. This thing is built tough, with craftsmanship to match. The bar is ridiculously solid; zero flex to it. The eyelets rotate with the bands smoothly, but have zero play or wobble. The curvatures in the bar itself are strategically placed to offer various hand placements to relieve stress, or target specific muscles depending on how they are used. The grip material is high quality, and offers a great compromise between comfort and improved grip. The bands themselves are top notch as well. I've stretched the bands doing overhead presses and such to the point where I was questing whether or not it was safe...Yet every rep they returned to original form ready to take more abuse. The carabiners are nothing fancy, but definitely get the job done. If there is anywhere I think Xbar could improve, I think more sleek and snappy carabiners would be my only suggestion. I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the price being high for "just a bar". Personally, I think for the quality, this is priced just right. For someone like me who plans to use this often and for an extended period of time, I'm confident the Xbar will hold up regardless of how much I use it. That's worth the money in my opinion.Performance:Xbar has opened my eyes to a whole new level of workouts. The ability to transition between multiple different exercises almost instantaneously brings an entirely different element to the session. For example, on a pull day, you can move instantly from overhead tircep presses, to upright rows, directly to bent rows. No adding plates of swapping equipment, just reposition your body and feet to increase resistance if necessary. IF you need to swap bands between sets, we're talking about 15 seconds max. Because it's so modular, Xbar really allows you to keep your heart rate up and get a killer workout. I don't think I've ever been able to strength train while getting such a good cardio workout simultaneously. It's legit AF.Utility:You'd be hard pressed to find another piece of equipment that allows you to do so much with so little. An area 10 square feet is all you need to do the bulk of the workouts possible with Xbar. As of writing this, that's a pretty big deal seeing as COVID-19 has pretty much made trips to the gym obsolete. The good thing is, that 10 square feet can be in your living room, in a park, or anywhere your imagination can take you. It's really portable and packs up nicely in the carry bag that comes with the set.Customer Service:Amazing. I was on a tight timeline to get my Xbar before an overseas deployment. I worked directly with Charles who not only answered my questions, but went out of his way to provide updates without me asking. Needless to say, I got my Xbar on time and it has far exceeded my expectations.Great piece of equipment for a good price. I highly recommend this to anyone who is serious about fitness. The Xbar is a game changer.
