Return Policy

    1. Return Eligibility: a. Products purchased from XBAR.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. b. If 30 days have elapsed since the delivery, refunds or exchanges may no longer be available. However, we will endeavor to address any issues you may have.

    2. Conditions for Return: a. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. b. A reduced refund may apply if the product cannot be resold as new due to its condition.

    3. Return Procedure: a. Prior to returning items, please contact us at info@xbar.com. b. Provide your name, email address associated with the order, and order number in your communication. c. Include a note in the return package with the order number, email address, and name, stating your return request. d. Items must be in their original condition, undamaged and without missing parts (unless due to our error) to qualify for a full refund of the product cost. e. Damaged products may result in voiding or reducing the refund amount. f. Returns must be received within 7 days of requesting a refund, unless it is still within the initial 30-day purchase period.

    4. Non-Refundable Costs: a. Shipping and taxes are not refundable, as taxes are paid on your behalf at the time of shipping and cannot be recovered.

    6. Gifts: a. If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you. b. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable). c. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on location. d. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
