Return & Exchange Policy
At XBAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
General Guidelines
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Original shipping charges (i.e. shipping costs, sales tax) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- International orders (outside the USA) and custom or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective in materials or workmanship.
- Installed or used items cannot be returned. All returns must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
Return Window
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Holiday exception: Orders placed in November or December may be returned until January 30 of the following year.
- Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
Return Authorization (RMA)
- All returns require an RMA (Return Authorization Number) from XBAR Fitness, LLC.
- Please contact us at returns@xbar.com for instructions and your RMA before sending any product back.
- Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Including your order number and contact info helps us process your return faster.
- Packages sent without an RMA or contact information cannot be refunded because we won’t know who returned them.
Condition of Returned Items
- Products must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
- If you are returning a defective or damaged item, please notify us in advance and include photos to help us verify the issue.
- If damage is not documented in advance, we must assume it occurred during return shipping.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels.
- Return shipping costs are often higher than the original outbound shipping, please keep this in mind.
- Do not refuse delivery to avoid return shipping fees. If an order is returned due to refusal or failed delivery attempts, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
