Some of you might remember him from his pro-snowboarding days back in the 80’s and 90’s. At one point he was known as the “Most Extreme Snowboarder in the World.” Since then, Damian Sanders, founder of XBAR, has become a fitness entrepreneur by introducing the XBAR to the fitness industry.

Damian’s snowboarding career had him living out of a suitcase. From one hotel to the next, Damian found it difficult to maintain his normal fitness routine. While keeping a fitness enthusiast and jetsetter in mind, Damian introduced the XBAR, a revolutionary full-body workout system.

XBAR Wide Grip Curls
Give your biceps a nice burn with the biceps curls. Attach the desired resistance band to your XBAR and place the band under both feet. Standing with your feet shoulder width apart, grip the bar with both palms facing upward. Raise your hands toward your body until your palms are almost touching your shoulders.

XBAR Tricep Extension

Get a great upper body workout with the standing tricep extension. Stand up straight with the XBAR held by both hands. Your feet should be about shoulder width apart from each other. Slowly use both hands to grab the XBAR and lift it over your head until both arms are fully extended.

XBAR Seated Ab Twists

Activate the core and build your six-pack with these ab twists. Sit on a mat or other flat surface with your knees bent, holding the XBAR in each hand. Lean back while keeping your head and hips still. Exhale and reach the XBAR across your body to the right. Go as far as your normal range of motion allows. Inhale, and return back to center. Repeat, to the other side. Return to starting position and repeat the entire movement for more reps.

XBAR Front Grip Squats

Build your leg strength with these intense squats. Attach the desired resistance band to your XBAR and place the band under both feet. Standing with your feet shoulder width apart, place the XBAR on top of both shoulders and grip the middle of the XBAR with both palms facing down. Bend at the knees until your legs are at a 90-degree angle. You can hold this position for five seconds to feel the burn! Slowly stand up straight and repeat.

XBAR Spiderman Push-Ups

Work out your arms and abs with this workout! Get into a traditional push-up position. When you move toward the floor, bring your right knee to your right elbow, keeping it off the ground. Press back up to starting position and alternate sides.
